Get in sync!
The time on the Kid Power Band is set by your mobile device when you sync your Kid Power Band to your account on the app.
Because the display resets each night at midnight, it is important that the AM/PM is set correctly on your mobile device so that your Kid Power Band doesn't reset in the middle of the day! :-D
There's a bug--yikes!
The time on you UNICEF Kid Power Band is supposed to be updated when you sync the band to your account using the Kid Power App. Unfortunately, there is a bug in the new app at the moment, and the time does not regularly get updated. Yikes!
The good news is that we're fixing this ASAP; and for today the fix is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Here's what to do:
- Sync: You want to be sure that all of the activity recorded on your Kid Power Band gets synced over to your Kid Power Account.
- Unlink your Kid Power Band.
- Re-link you Kid Power Band.
This should do the trick! If you need anything else, just let us know!
