Your UNICEF Kid Power Band is guaranteed to work for one year from the day you 1st sync your Kid Power Band.
If you run into any problems, you should first check out the Troubleshooting category of the Help Center. If that doesn't work, just let us know.
Please include 2 photos/videos:
1. A photo/video showing the problem.
2. A photo/video of the back of the Display ((computer part) if that's what you're replacing), where the writing on the back of the Display is clearly legible in the photo.
We’ll help you get back up and running ASAP!
If your warranty period has expired (i.e. you've had your UNICEF Kid Power Band for longer than a year), or you need something not covered by warranty (i.e. lost product) you can order replacement parts from our Replacement Parts Catalog if you only need some of the parts, or if you prefer you can order a new UNICEF Kid Power Band from the UNICEF Kid Power Store.
